During this pandemic, i had a better understand the meaning of Shabbat/ rest. I realized it’s never only about physical rest, but it’s also emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It’s not about lying down and do nothing. But it’s about letting go our own understanding and our self; returning to our core being, the heart of father God and the nature. (The revelation from 人木自心 *休息*) it’s about drawing boundary from our busy life that we tended to hold on to. more importantly, it’s to let the love, the light come through us and cleanse us.

The process is as important as the moment of bearing fruits. Some people plant the seeds, some water the plant, some get to harvest. This year i’m learning to enjoy the watering and nurture process.
